Each impassioned character lives the same evolving story; each one tells it differently. They exist in Anthemic: a surreal and contrasting world unalike any other! These relatable and articulated beings were from another life – openly expressing the high variety of theirs as well as ours. Before I came along, Anthemic had been a dual tale of various and evoking sounds. By origin, it was the initial birthplace of instrumental speech; everyone there expressed themselves through their unspoken songs.

Their sonorous realm was parallel to me: I was someone who had been writing my in-depth feelings within my vivid lyrics and digital designs for years. Having formed it all in artistic secret, I created tremendous messages to not only sing for myself and others, but to also attach them to my own instrument made sounds. Alas, those who existed in Anthemic knew how to produce music far beyond what I ever could transmit. We each had half of what the other one wanted/needed. For you see, I was the profound expressionist: the one who could lyrically verbalize what Anthemic's populace could not.

Anthemic was the reverberant atmosphere: the dimension of superlative music. Acoustic, electric, electronic – whether their storied sound had been produced and amplified mechanically, picked up and amplified electrically, or generated electronically, both vibration and oscillator took to the air and moved throughout the emotionally-charged people. Yet, in spite of this truth, their mouths remained mute. The characters of Anthemic lived unwantedly voiceless. Although their expressionable instruments had carried over what they intricately felt, something vital was missing.

Whether it was a he or she, neither indiviual had the means of fully personifying what they were attempting to convey – until I happened. Upon discovering a powerful handheld device – something that many would deem as solely fictional, I found that this futuristic piece of technology could generate an audio based portal, which could sync my ears to the numerous frequencies of this distant and aural universe! From there, I audibly ventured into The Volumetric Passage: a vast and multifaceted gateway, which led me straight into the theatrical narratives/music-filled realities of Anthemic! While they might not have originated from Earth, I learned that the characters were not alien, they were human like me: protagonist and antagonist to themselves/one another, no different than my species. We each possesed an abstract mind, detailed heart, common body, creative spirit, and above all else, a purposeful soul.

Alone, we stood devoid of complete expression, but together, we were finally able to have ourselves heard…perfectly. Anthemic's civilization became the bands that I had always dreamt of having. The men were titled Initial Edition; the women were titled Parallel Edition. The Initials and Parallels came in various names, ages, sizes, ethnicities, and genres/sub-genres. Thankfully, because of me, they received the unimaginable power to cinematically sing the thought-out words, which I had impassionately written, and because of this cross-reality miracle, everyone would now have the chance to be fully expressed: light, dark, the grand duality of it all.

Whether the theme was an internal release, uplifting, entertaining, or motivational, Initial Edition, Parallel Edition, and I were commited to making our revolutionary connection transcendent. Gone were the days of vocal silence for Anthemic. Thankfully for them, my impassioned lyrics would never be soundless again.
